Chief Medical Officer

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is a key member of the Senior Executive team, engaged in defining the overall business strategies and direction of the organization. Working from a solutions-oriented approach, the CMO monitors clinical performance in the clinics to ensure medical services and operations are in compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. The CMO will also work with the medical staff to monitor hospital quality efforts within the hospital. As a member of the Senior Executive team, the CMO is responsible for implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow, planning and provider scheduling. Also, the position serves as a coach/mentor/trainer to staff providers, giving guidance in best practices, troubleshooting of medical services and operations. The CMO will be a liaison between the medical staff leadership and administration. The CMO will also represent the Clinic at required meetings with affiliated agencies. As a licensed MD, the CMO will also provide direct patient services in addition to their administrative duties, not to exceed 20% of schedule.

Emergency Medicine

Kennewick Emergency Physicians, P.S., in collaboration with Trios Health, is seeking a full-time permanent emergency medicine physician to join their expanding team. The group welcomes applicants who are completing their residency in 2016.  

  • Immediate full-time position for board certified/board eligible EM physician

Urgent Care

Trios Health is seeking a full-time physician to join our expanding urgent care team to serve the communities of Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland (known as the Tri-Cities).

The ideal candidate will be board certified in family medicine or urgent care and will provide comprehensive medical services at Trios Urgent Care Centers. Responsibilities include providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages; perform and interpret diagnostic tests; provide screenings; and prescribe medications as needed. Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice is required.
