Primary Care

Your primary care provider serves as home base for your medical care. They get to know you personally, keep tabs on your health history and current status, and have the unique ability to help connect important dots when a variety of health factors and/or providers are involved in your care. Whether routine or unexpected, a primary care provider should be your first stop when a health need arises, and can help you access additional care or services as appropriate.

When it comes to primary care, there are a number of related disciplines from which to choose depending on your individual and family needs.
