Infusion Services

Trios Health provides infusion therapies designed to treat—or support the treatment of—certain acute or chronic health issues. Medical infusion involves the injected or intravenous (IV) delivery of fluid, medication, and other nutrients to patients suffering from ailments for which an oral alternative is less effective or possible.

Your doctor may prescribe infusion therapy for conditions including:

Anemia and other blood disorders
Cancer (chemotherapy)
Dehydration
Immune system disorders
Infections
Nutrient deficiencies

The availability of outpatient infusion services at Trios Health offers patients in need of IV therapies an alternative to an otherwise unnecessary—as well as potentially lengthy and expensive—hospital stay. Our skilled, compassionate infusion team is always close by to monitor each patient and ensure your continued comfort during treatment.

Weekdays: If you believe you need treatment and are not already scheduled, please contact your nurse navigator or your provider's office
Weekends: Services are available at Trios Southridge Hospital if deemed necessary. Please contact your on-call doctor if you believe you need immediate treatment

Trios Care Center at Southridge - 2nd Floor is a department of Trios Health. When you see a physician or receive services in a provider-based clinic, you are technically being treated in an outpatient department of the hospital rather than the physician’s office. Please refer to “Understanding your Healthcare Costs” to learn how your bill may be affected when seen by a provider in a provider-based clinic.
