Trios Health Appoints Patrick “Pete” Rawlings as Director of People Services

Trios Health is pleased to announce that Patrick “Pete” Rawlings, PHR, HRCI, has been appointed as the new Director of People Services, effective March 31, 2025.
Pete is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of people services, including employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, policy, and procedures; and managing the Trios team of people services professionals.
Pete is a progressive, seasoned HR Executive with 24+ years in defining and driving organizations’ excellence, and is adept at navigating business change and transition, and innovating HR management strategies and initiatives.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University-Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in H.R. Management from the University of Charleston.
