Curriculum and Didactics
Sample Training Schedules
Trios Health provides a wide range of academic programs to supplement the clinical training experiences of residents and medical students. The Trios Health didactic program incorporates practical training and academic exercises to prepare residents for professional careers in medicine. Trios Health residents spend approximately five hours per week in didactics. This time is incorporated into their regular schedule. Faculty and medical staff are actively engaged in didactics as both instructors and participants.
Journal Club is typically held the first Friday of every block; it is facilitated by faculty with articles selected by residents in conjunction with faculty and senior residents.
