Trios Health Names Associate Program Directors for Graduate Medical Education Programs

February 06, 2026

Trios Health is pleased to announce the appointment of two physician leaders to Associate Program Director roles within its Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs, further strengthening the organization’s commitment to excellence in medical education and patient care.

Dr. Drew Ableman has been appointed Associate Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Ableman joined Trios Health in July 2025 as a Core Faculty member and has already made a meaningful impact through his dedication to resident education and patient-centered care. In his new role, Dr. Ableman will support the Program Director in key areas of the residency program, including teaching and scholarly activity, resident recruitment and selection, evaluation and promotion, and clinical supervision.

Dr. Ableman completed his Family Medicine Residency at Trios Health after earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. His leadership, commitment to education, and strong connection with residents make him a valuable addition to the program’s leadership team.

Dr. Sridivya Kosuri has been appointed Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Kosuri joined Trios Health in 2022 as a Core Faculty member and TeamHealth Hospitalist. She has played a key role in supervising and mentoring resident physicians while delivering high-quality inpatient care. In her new position, Dr. Kosuri will assist the Program Director across all aspects of the residency program, with a particular focus on leadership within the inpatient faculty setting.

Dr. Kosuri completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Trios Health after earning her Doctor of Medicine degree from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences in India. She has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to graduate medical education.

“These appointments reflect the strength of our physician faculty and our continued investment in developing future physician leaders,” said Emma Chambers, Designated Institutional Official (DIO), Trios Health Graduate Medical Education. “Dr. Ableman and Dr. Kosuri will play an essential role in advancing our residency programs and supporting the next generation of physicians.”

Trios Health congratulates Dr. Ableman and Dr. Kosuri on these well-deserved appointments and looks forward to their continued leadership within the GME programs.
