Trios Health Publishes 2025 Community Benefit Report

Trios Health today published its community benefit report for the 2025 calendar year. This annual report outlines the various ways the hospital is working to support the health and economic vitality of the Tri-Cities as part of its mission of making communities healthier®.

As a leader in our community, we remain dedicated to supporting those who entrust us with their care, investing in the overall well-being of our region, and making a positive impact,” said David Elgarico, market president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Trios Health. “This year’s report underscores our continued commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care close to home.”

Trios Health’s 2025 community benefit report highlights its continued efforts to meet the growing healthcare needs of its community through welcoming new providers, adding and expanding service lines and continually investing in its facilities and healthcare technology. For example, in 2025, Trios Health added providers in anesthesiology, critical care, diagnostic radiology, emergency and family medicine, general surgery, hematology/oncology, infectious disease, internal medicine, neurology, pathology, podiatry, psychiatry, vascular imaging and more.; and made nearly/more than $2.2 million in capital improvements, including orthopedic and spine equipment to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes, along with laboratory equipment to support timely, accurate diagnostics.

Additionally, Trios Health provided nearly/more than $19 million in health services to those in need, demonstrating its continuous commitment to ensuring everyone has access to care, regardless of their ability to pay.

Trios Health is also devoted to creating environments where providers want to practice and employees want to work. In 2025, the hospital distributed more than $101,982,936 in salaries, wages and benefits for its nearly/approximately/more than 1,030 employees; while contributing more than $233,497 in professional development and tuition assistance so all its employees can have the opportunity to learn, grow and improve the care they provide their patients.

Last year, the organization paid $16,718,472 in local and state taxes, while also continuing its support of local activities and organizations committed to serving the region, including American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Club of Benton and Franklin Counties, Chaplaincy Health Care, Columbia Basin College, Grace Clinic, Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Benton and Franklin Counties and more.
