Trios Health Names Will Sisk Medical Surgical Director

Trios Health has named Will Sisk Medical Surgical Director. Sisk assumed the role Aug. 31, 2026, and brings more than 10 years of nursing experience, including leadership experience in acute care, critical care and emergency services.
As Medical Surgical Director, Sisk will provide leadership for the hospital’s medical-surgical teams, supporting staff development, patient experience, quality outcomes and the delivery of patient-centered care.
Prior to joining Trios Health, Sisk served as Assistant Nurse Manager for medical-surgical services at Legacy Silverton Medical Center before moving into the role of Emergency Department Assistant Nurse Manager. In these leadership roles, he led initiatives focused on productivity, clinical education and patient outcomes, bringing valuable medical-surgical leadership experience to his new position.
